Shaunt Bejanian (AKA Shaun T Benjamin) is the Owner and Master Instructor of Shaunt Bejanian Karate Academy located at 730 S. Central Ave. unit 111 in Glendale, CA. Shaunt is also the President and CEO of Melody Films Entertainment Inc.(A film and TV production company producing life-affirming movies) and the Founder/Creator of “HIGH KEY FITNESS Karate System” (focus is on the spiritual aspect of the martial arts: Tap in and wipe out your vices.) Shaunt Bejanian has been recognized by Cambridge Who’s Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in human transformation (through the Martial Arts) and inspirational film production (through his production company.) He is also the Founder/Creator of “DIVINE8ACTING: Nothing But The Truth” Acting system which teaches students to be great human beings through Acting.

Mr. Bejanian, a sixth degree martial arts master, is the Creator/Founder of “Sport Karate: High Key Fitness” system, an international sport karate curriculum that teaches self-enhancement, self-discipline, respect, positive attitude and self-discovery through the use of the Martial Arts. This system is currently being introduced to High Schools and Colleges as a tool to empower the students to realize their God-given potential to make a positive impact and contribute to the world. He has trained a number of world sport karate champions. A firm believer that martial arts is a vehicle for self-transformation, he will be producing the film “A Fighting Chance,” which tells the story of a father who teaches his young son and daughter on a karate team how to tap into their own internal powers to overcome obstacles. Mr. Benjamin is also the Creator of International “ACTING: Nothing But the Truth” System which teaches everyone with a desire how to be a great actor. This system is currently being introduced to High Schools and Colleges around the world.

In addition to martial arts and filmmaking, Mr. Benjamin conveys his positive message through the written word. To date, he has published two books: “Seven Cs of Success” and “H.I.G.H. K.E.Y. F.I.T.N.E.S.S.” He took summer acting classes at Harvard University, writing, directing, producing at UCLA extension and furthered his ACTING training at The Actors Studio in New York and Los Angeles(Lifetime member for over 25 years). He has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, (BSEE 1983), Master of Science in Quality Assurance in 1997 from California State University. He won a world karate championship in 1985 for which he received a congressional recognition and 1987 prestigious New England fighting Grand championship. Mr. Bejanian attributes the success that he has enjoyed in multiple disciplines to his faith in God, guidance of his mentors, his students, his parents and siblings, and the incessant support and love he receives from his wife Vera and his children Vrej (aka Mike) 19, and Melody, 13.Mr. Bejanian looks forward to continuing to make a difference as a Karate master, actor, writer, Acting coach and a film producer. .
